Arcovia Security Group Inc. is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time Security Officers to join our Field Operations Division. We're looking for Armed, Unarmed, and Flex Officers dedicated to professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a visible and professional security presence while upholding company standards of integrity.
Patrol assigned areas (on foot or by vehicle) to ensure safety and compliance.
Monitor, identify, and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and calls for assistance.
Enforce site-specific rules, policies, and post orders as directed.
Complete detailed and accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and dispatch throughout each shift.
Represent Arcovia Security Group Inc. with professionalism, customer service, and situational awareness.

Position Types

Armed Security Officers

Must possess a valid Level III Commission License and demonstrate firearm proficiency.

Unarmed Security Officers

Must hold a valid Level II Non-Commission License.

Flex Officers

Must be available for emergency, short-notice, or temporary assignments as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed positions)

Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid Texas Security License

Must have reliable transportation and a working phone

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Current Texas Security License

First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred)

Customer Service Experience

Military or Law Enforcement Background
