Automated SLA reminder system

This system checks for pending coverage requests that are over 15 hours old and sends reminder emails to the admin.

How to Automate This:

1. External Cron Service: Use a free service like cron-job.org to ping this page every hour:

2. Setup Instructions:

  • Go to cron-job.org and create a free account
  • Create a new cronjob with the URL above
  • Set it to run every hour (or every 30 minutes)
  • The system will automatically check and send reminders
