SMS & Text Messaging Policy

1. Program Description

Arcovia Security Group ("we," "our," or "us") may send text messages (SMS/MMS) to individuals who have provided express written consent. These messages may include:

• Service updates and appointment confirmations
• Employment application status updates and recruiter outreach
• Security alerts or operational notifications for active clients
• Follow-up communications regarding security consultations or quotes
• Event assignment notifications for RDO program participants

Messages are sent from Arcovia Security Group company numbers, including but not limited to our main business lines: 888-961-4395 and 832-979-6042.

You may consent to receive text messages from Arcovia Security Group in the following ways:

• Checking the SMS opt-in box on any of our web forms (contact, employment application, quote request, etc.)

Message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages will depend on your interactions with us. Arcovia Security Group is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your mobile carrier for receiving text messages. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Your mobile phone number and messaging consent are treated with the same care as all other personal information described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• We may share your number with service providers who assist us in sending messages (e.g., SMS platform providers), who are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Your opt-in/opt-out status is recorded and honored promptly.
