By accessing or using the services provided by Arcovia Security Group ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
Arcovia Security Group provides professional security services, including but not limited to:
All services are provided subject to applicable laws and regulations, including licensing requirements under Texas Department of Public Safety regulations.
A formal service contract will be executed between the Company and Client outlining specific terms, scope of services, pricing, and duration. These Terms of Service supplement, but do not replace, individual service contracts.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to clients. Changes to active service contracts require mutual written agreement.
Clients agree to:
Service fees are specified in individual service contracts. Invoices are typically issued monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless different terms are specified.
Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.
Refunds are subject to the terms of individual service contracts. Consultation fees and initial assessments are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
Arcovia Security Group maintains comprehensive general liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage as required by law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR SERVICES DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcovia Security Group from claims arising from: (a) client's misuse of services; (b) violation of these Terms; (c) violation of applicable laws; or (d) unsafe site conditions created by the client.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, security protocols, and sensitive data shared during the course of service. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless different terms are specified in the service contract. Early termination may be subject to fees as outlined in the contract.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if: (a) client fails to pay; (b) client violates these Terms; (c) unsafe conditions exist; or (d) required by law.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or public health emergencies.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt informal resolution through good faith negotiations.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas.
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Arcovia Security Group operates under license C28374401 issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing security services and data protection.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
